The Starter Loan is designed to help people who need to borrow, who do not currently have a loan with Northern Community Bank.
Whatever you need the money for, we'll look at your circumstances and affordability to make sure the loan is right for you.
With our £300 Starter Loan, we ask you to save £10 every month while you are paying back your loan. This amount is set aside and can’t be withdrawn until your loan is fully repaid – or your savings are more than what you still owe, in which case you can take out the extra. You can also choose to save a bit more on to– maybe for Christmas, holidays or life’s little treats – but that part’s completely up to you.
Our £300 Starter Loan is designed for account holders who need a smaller amount of borrowing.
Please note: We cannot lend to anyone in an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), Debt Relief Order (DRO) or Bankruptcy, this will be checked on application.
