Get Help

If you have tried to bring your household finances under control but are struggling to make it all add up; do not ignore it. Getting help sooner rather than later is important. There are places you can go and people you can speak to help you manage your money. Make sure you contact charities or organisations that give free guidance and advice. There is no need to pay for help with debt. Stepchange are debt experts that provide advice and support needed to achieve long-term financial control. What happens if I stop making payments, ignore contact from the community bank and do not pay?

Failure to do so, will leave us with no alternative then to proceed with further recovery action. This could include a County Court Judgment, an Attachment to your Earnings from your Employer or a deduction from your Benefits. This will decrease your chances of obtaining credit in the future.

We will report information about your account to credit scoring companies. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account will be reflected in your credit report.
