- Your Rights section – Change required due by Data (Use and Access) Bill
- How to Make a Complaint section – Change required due by Data (Use and Access) Bill that complaints must be made to Northern Community Bank, then if you’re not satisfied to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
