As the festive season approaches, we want to make it easy for you to plan ahead and know when and how you can get in touch with us over Christmas and New Year.
Whether you’re checking in about your account, thinking about borrowing, or just need a bit of support, here’s a clear overview of our opening hours during the Christmas period.
Phone line opening hours
Our phone lines will be open over the festive period so you can still speak to our friendly team:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 11am – 3pm
- Wednesdays: 12pm – 3pm
These hours apply throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
Branch opening hours
Our branches will be open as normal over the festive period, with a few changes on key dates:
- Christmas Eve: open as usual, closing at 3pm
- Christmas Day: closed
- Boxing Day: closed
- New Year’s Eve: open as usual, closing at 3pm
- New Year’s Day: closed
If you’re planning to visit us in branch, we’d recommend popping in a little earlier on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. You can also give us a call during our festive phone line hours if you need support, our team will be happy to help.
Loan applications over Christmas
If you’re thinking about borrowing, it’s helpful to know that:
- We’ll be processing loan applications up until 3pm on Christmas Eve
- We’ll also be processing loan applications up until 3pm on New Year’s Eve
