What can Penny the chatbot do?

Penny, our friendly chatbot is here to help you with a wide range of queries. Whether you want to know:

  • The date for your next loan top-up
  • What our opening hours are
  • How to access your online account
  • Information about savings options
  • Or anything else you might wonder about our services

She’s available 24/7 and ready to help out whenever you need it. Think of her as your digital assistant, always just a click away.

Want to know when you can re-apply for a top-up?

Tell Penny the date of your last loan, and she will be able to give you the date of your next top-up. While Penny can answer a wide range of questions, she is unable to answer any specific questions about your account, such as loan balances, savings balances or payment dates.

How does it work?

It’s simple! You’ll see a chat icon pop up on the corner of the website or the app when you visit. Just click on it, and you’ll be able to start typing your questions straight away. You don’t need to be a tech expert – just ask your question in plain language, and she’ll do her best to give you the information you need. Penny can also understand and reply in a variety of different languages.

If there’s something she can’t help with (she’s still learning!), she’ll point you in the right direction so you can get the support you need from one of our team members.
